Hands-On Montessori School (Mansfield, MA) seeks a nurturing, experienced teacher to lead our Beginners Toddler classroom (ages 15 months–3 years) beginning August 2025. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and passionate about supporting young children’s independence and development. This full-time position involves preparing the learning environment, guiding assistant teachers, and partnering with families. Join our collaborative, child-centered community as we grow into a beautiful new campus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or beyond in related field. -Montessori certification for ages 0-3 or in training / willingness to engage in training. -EEC qualified or certified. -Experience working in a Montessori classroom.
