Description

Harborlight seeks an engaging full-time teacher for well-established Upper Elementary classroom for the Academic Year 2023. This teacher will work cooperatively with Upper Elementary faculty. The position responsibilities include support of classroom operation including, delivery of instruction, communication with families, creating and maintaining a beautiful Montessori environment, engaging student life opportunities, and working in the Extended Montessori Program. The preferred candidate will be skilled in student-teacher relationship building, demonstrate a willingness to participate in school meetings and faculty committees, attend field trips and overnight class trips.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent -Harborlight will sponsor Montessori teacher training tuition at a MACTE accredited teacher education program or its equivalent. -Teaching experience preferred
