Description
Birch Tree offers an early education program serving children 2.9 to 6 years of age in two authentic Montessori classrooms. We seek to create a learning environment that moves fluidly between school, home, and community, providing children with daily opportunities for growth and learning.
Our school is made up of a diverse community designed to support children and their families both inside and outside of the classroom. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable, team player who loves, values, and respects children. will be excited about working with a small team and becoming part of our close-knit Montessori community.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* Montessori certification in 3-6 primary level
* 2 or more years in a Montessori classroom
* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English
* MA state EEC teacher certification (preferred)
* Spanish language skills a plus
* CORI/SORI background check certification
