Description
Woodside Montessori Academy is seeking a full-time Office Manager to join our vibrant school community! This year-round position (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting a child-centered educational environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing day-to-day office operations
* Coordinating events and school communications (newsletters, flyers, calendar)
* Maintaining student/staff records and databases
* Overseeing vendors, supplies, and facility needs
* Supporting childcare hours, payroll and other financial tasks
* Ensuring compliance with EEC regulations
* Classroom substitute
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* 2+ years in administration or operations (school setting a plus)
* Preference given to those with EEC certification
* Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
* Comfort with multitasking and working independently
* Bachelor’s degree preferred; QuickBooks experience a plus
Understanding of or interest in Montessori education
