Description

Children's House is looking for a part time assistant teacher to support our afternoon extended day program Monday through Friday and occasional mornings as needed. We are a small, two classroom Montessori preschool located in West Roxbury, MA. Large, on site private, nature based playground adds to the vibrancy of our school life.

Qualifications

We are looking for an educator who models patience and grace in the classroom as well as a strong understanding of the Montessori philosophy. The ideal candidate has experience working in a Montessori environment with preschool age children, and can support afterschool art, music or exercise instruction. EEC teacher qualifications and completion of EEC Essentials 2.0 are required.

Pay rate is commensurate with experience. all staff are paid bi-weekly, CHM offers health and dental benefits to all employees.
