The Teacher Leader model at SMS is a partnership between program Teacher Leaders who create and lead our small, community-based school. Teacher Leaders are both lead guides and administrators, who are each responsible for teaching, curriculum development, staff coordination and community engagement. Teacher Leaders thrive if they are visionary, self-reflective, equity-focused, and collaborative.

Qualifications

You should have a Montessori Certification at the 3-6 level and have proven leadership experience.
