Description

Country Montessori is a nurturing and inclusive Montessori school dedicated to fostering independence, curiosity, and lifelong love of learning. Our community supports children in developing their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally through authentic Montessori practice. We are seeking a warm, dedicated Montessori guide for our 3-6 children’s house classroom. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Montessori philosophy, skilled in observing and following the child, and committed to creating a peaceful, engaging and child-centered learning environment.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience working with young children in a Montessori environment 2. AMI/AMS certification or willingness to receive certification within 1 year of hire date 3. Strong communication, organization and classroom management skills 4. A deep respect for children and a commitment to nurturing their independence and self-confidence 5. Ability to work collaboratively and cultivate strong community relationships
