Hands-On Montessori School (HOMS) is growing and seeking dedicated educators to join our expanding team as we prepare for the opening of our brand new main campus in 2026. We are proud members of the Montessori Schools of Massachusetts and value collaboration, high standards, and professional excellence. Open Positions: • Montessori Primary Lead Guides (MACTE/AMS/AMI certified) • Primary & Toddler Classroom Assistants • Early Childhood educators interested in Montessori certification (We offer support for training and professional development.)

Ideal Candidates: • Passionate about Montessori education • Committed to professionalism, grace & courtesy, and reflective practice • Able to meet MA EEC teacher/lead teacher qualifications (or working toward them) • Excited to join a thriving, mission-driven community poised for continued growth
