Andover School of Montessori is seeking a dedicated and experienced Spanish Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond to teach students in Children's House through Middle School. As the Spanish Teacher, you will have the opportunity to introduce students to the Spanish language and Hispanic culture through immersive and experiential learning experiences.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Spanish language, education, or a related field; native or near-native proficiency in Spanish; prior experience teaching Spanish, preferably in a Montessori environment; a deep understanding and appreciation of the Montessori philosophy and educational approach; the ability to develop engaging and culturally enriching Spanish lessons for students of varying proficiency levels; and excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students and colleagues. Lunch/Recess/Classroom coverage duties included.

Benefits

Salary: $51,000 to $56,000 per academic year, Medical/dental health benefits, 50% Tuition remission for children of employees, sick time, paid holidays, and 401K match.
