Thacher Montessori School seeks an Upper Elementary Co-Teacher to join our community effective immediately. This position has been created in response to continued mid-year growth in our Upper Elementary classroom. It reflects our commitment to maintaining high-quality, developmentally responsive Montessori practice as our program expands. Qualifications

Qualifications include: At least three years of Montessori teaching experience AMI or AMS Montessori training (6–12 Diploma required) Strong knowledge of Montessori theory and its practical application Experience working collaboratively as part of a teaching team Clear written and verbal communication skills Thacher educators demonstrate: Flexibility and responsiveness to student needs Strong observation and reflection skills Professionalism, humility, and collegiality A commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion
