Our Montessori school community in The Northshore of Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Toddler teacher to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about children, families, and the Montessori philosophy. In this role, you will work alongside experienced Montessori guides to foster a warm, respectful, and engaging prepared environment that supports each child’s independence, curiosity, and love of learning.

Qualifications

Experience working with Preschoolers in a Montessori or child-centered environment A calm, patient, and joyful presence A commitment to fostering independence, respect, and purposeful activity Willingness to collaborate closely with fellow teachers and families.
