Description

Christian Family Montessori School is seeking a warm, collaborative Toddler Co-Teacher to join our established and growing classroom (ages 18 months–3 years) beginning Fall 2026. This full-time, school-year role offers the opportunity to partner with an experienced educator in a joyful, faith-centered Montessori environment. We are looking for someone nurturing, dependable, and passionate about supporting toddlers as they develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning.

Qualifications

• Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher certification through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) – Required • Montessori Infant/Toddler certification (AMS or AMI) – Preferred • Minimum 2 years of experience working with toddlers • Clear CORI and MA fingerprinting • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Alignment with the mission and values of our Christian Montessori school
