Description

Lexington Montessori School is looking to hire a part-time, 26-hour/week Learning Specialist for students ages 9 through 14 (grades 4 - 8) for the 2026-27 school year.

Qualifications

Candidates who apply are expected to embrace Montessori principles, build warm, trusting relationships with students, balance support with expectations and accountability and value diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and social responsibility. They should have a minimum of: Bachelor’s Degree, Experience working with 4th to 8th grade students Strong understanding of neurodiversity, executive functioning and learning differences Experience supporting diverse learning profiles Demonstrated skill in math instruction and writing support Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills More info: https://www.lexmontessori.org/about-us/career-opportunities#job-openings
