Description

The Assistant Teacher works closely with the Lead Teacher to support daily classroom operations, guide children in their learning, and maintain a calm, orderly Montessori environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education and interested in deepening their Montessori practice.

Qualifications

Experience in early childhood education (Montessori experience preferred but not required) Strong understanding of or interest in Montessori philosophy Warm, patient, and collaborative approach with young children Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic classroom setting EEC certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
