Description

We are seeking an innovative, dynamic team player to join our Upper Elementary program (typically ages 9–12 / Grades 4–6) as a Montessori Intern. This is a unique, growth-oriented position designed for an educator who is eager to learn, collaborate, and eventually step into the role of Lead Teacher. You will work closely with our experienced Upper Elementary team to support classroom operations, guide students in deep academic inquiry, and seamlessly integrate our S.T.E.A.M. curriculum.

Qualifications

Montessori Credential: AMS or AMI Upper Elementary certification is preferred; however, we are highly invested in your professional growth and will actively support and sponsor training for the right candidate! Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, a specific subject area, or a related field. Skills: A highly dynamic, innovative team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Must possess excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a genuine passion for the Upper Elementary age group. Safety: Current CPR and First Aid Training (or willingness to complete) and successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
