Do you have a deep respect for the independence and capabilities of toddlers? Are you passionate about early childhood development and the Montessori Philosophy? T.E.C. Schools, Worcester, MA, is seeking a nurturing and innovative educator for our Toddler program. You will work in a child-centered environment, using hands-on materials to help our youngest learners build a solid foundation of language, motor skills, and self-confidence. What You Will Do: Create a warm, peaceful, and beautifully prepared Montessori environment Guide children through practical life skills, including toilet learning, care of self, and social development. Communicate well.

Qualifications

EEC Infant/Toddler Certification is required. AMS or AMI Certification is preferred; however, we are highly interested in candidates who are eager to learn the Montessori Philosophy and actively pursue their credentials with our support. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or related field. Patient, flexible, and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative start-up school environment. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, sit on the floor, engage with children at their eye level, and commute with a reliable vehicle.
