Schools, Worcester, is seeking an innovative educator for our CH/ Primary (ages 2.9 to 6 years) program. You will work in a mixed-age environment, using hands-on materials to build a solid academic foundation and a lifelong love for learning. Duties: Deliver curriculum focused on the Montessori method and S.T.E.A.M. integration. Maintain a safe, attractive, and orderly classroom culture of excellence. Qualifications

EEC Certification is required. AMS or AMI Certification is preferred; however, we are highly interested in candidates who are eager to learn the Montessori Philosophy and actively pursue their credentials with our support. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Flexible, goal-oriented individual with strong organizational skills who thrives in a collaborative start-up school environment. Ability to lift materials, move classroom furniture as needed, and commute with a reliable vehicle.
