Role: Toddler House Assistant Reports to: Director of Lower School FLSA Status: Exempt Start Date: August 2026

Qualifications

Qualities of an Ideal Candidate: A deep appreciation for early childhood development and toddler independence Experience working with children ages 15 months–3 years preferred Montessori experience or training preferred (or a willingness to learn) Understanding of developmentally appropriate practice for toddlers Sensitivity to cultural and ethnic diversity and a commitment to inclusive practices Strong communication and collaboration skills An openness to feedback and professional growth The ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries

Benefits

Salary and Benefits: Inly School offers competitive pay and benefits. The salary range for this position is $38,000 to $42,000, commensurate with experience.
