Kindernest Montessori is seeking warm, caring guides to join our supportive school community as assistant teachers. We are looking for educators who have a passion for working with young children and are eager to guide them through independence, exploration, and meaningful learning. Responsibilities: Provide daily care in a warm and professional manner Willingness to learn about and implement Montessori philosophy Support lead teachers in educational goals, parent communication, and material design Communicate clearly and effectively with parents and colleagues

Qualifications

EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher certification, or in process, is strongly preferred. We will support the right candidate in obtaining certification Experience working with young children Calm, positive, professional demeanor Strong communication skills
